By accessing or using the AnswerShaper platform ("Service"), owned and operated by WeLink Tech SAS ("WeLink Tech"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WeLink Tech provides AnswerShaper, a premier Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Search Visibility Intelligence platform designed to help businesses measure, analyze, optimize, and defend their brand visibility inside generative AI search engine responses (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude). The Service includes analytics dashboards, recommendation engines, and sentiment alerts.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or circumvent any security features of the Service

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by WeLink Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Service for your internal business purposes. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means.
6. Subscription and Payment
Access to certain features of the Service requires payment of fees. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan.
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to pricing.
7. Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. Free trials are for new users only and are limited to one per user.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time without notice.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all data associated with it.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WELINK TECH, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeLink Tech and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Paris, France.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after we post changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
